Rosemary Garlic Boneless Pork Chops with Roasted Brussels Sprouts
Ingredients
- 4 boneless pork chops
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 lb. Brussels sprouts halved
- olive oil
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes, until crispy.
- Meanwhile, heat a large pan over medium heat.
- Season pork chops with minced garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Add to the pan and sear each side for 5-6 minutes, until cooked through.
- Serve pork chops with roasted Brussels sprouts.
